Within its brokerage activities, IPOPEMA Securities provides broker services as a direct member of the stock exchanges in Warsaw (WSE), Budapest (BSE), Prague (PSE) and Bucharest (BVB), as well as on key foriegn markets worldwide through local brokers.

IPOPEMA'S partners include both recognized financial institutions with international reach and the majority of the most important institutional investors such as open pension funds, investment fund societies, asset management firms and insurance companies. 

IPOPEMA Securities also offers the bond trading service – the turnover of debt securities in the secondary market, both those issued by the National Treasury as well as corporations. Thanks to this service, our institutional clients have access to both stock and bond markets.

The Research Department of IPOPEMA Securities prepares research reports about companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The reports relate both to WSE's blue chips, as well as less known medium and small companies listed on the Warsaw exchange. In selecting the companies we apply an individual approach rather than the criteria of size or sector. Our research reports contain a profound analysis of a company, its mid-term strategy and valuation. We highlight potentially important factors which may have a bearing on the company' value and which as yet have not been fully recognised by the market. We pay special attention to the analysis of potential risk factors. Our scope of interest includes both undervalued and overvalued stocks.

The Research Department monitors the current standing and prospects of a large group of listed companies on an on-going basis. In addition to research reports, the Department publishes reports discussing current events at companies, such as periodic financial results and important corporate developments.
