The issue prospectus published on this website for shares in IPOPEMA Securities S.A. (the “Company”) was prepared in connection with the Company’s intention to introduce shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and was approved by the Financial Supervision Authority on 6 May 2009 (the “Prospectus”). In relation to shares in the Company being introduced to exchange trading, pursuant to Article 49 par. 1 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organised System of Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005, the Prospectus expired on 20 May 2009.
