Public offering of shares

The prospectus for the shares of IPOPEMA Securities S.A. (the “Company”) posted on this website was prepared in connection with the Company’s intention to apply for admission of its shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on May 6, 2009 (the “Prospectus”).

In connection with the admission of the Company’s shares to stock exchange trading, in accordance with Article 49 Section 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, the validity period of the Prospectus expired on May 20, 2009. Therefore, the Prospectus cannot be considered an offer to sell or subscribe, or an invitation to purchase or subscribe, for shares in the Company and is provided for information purposes only.
