Our story

Our story begins in 2003, when Jacek Lewandowski founded IPOPEMA Investment House (DI IPOPEMA), which started as an investment boutique.

In 2005, DI IPOPEMA spun off a subsidiary – Dom Maklerski IPOPEMA (currently IPOPEMA Securities), which took over DI IPOPEMA’s operations in 2006.

A significant step in the development of IPOPEMA Securities was its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May 2009. The company is currently a component of the WIG-Poland and WIG indices.

Since 2006, IPOPEMA Securities has been a member of the Mergers Alliance, an association of independent advisory firms specializing in corporate finance services for clients seeking international mergers and acquisitions.

For more than two decades, IPOPEMA Securities, an independent Polish brokerage house, has specialised in financial and transaction advisory services on the public and private markets, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
